YORK HARBOR - Fine photographers are invited to take part in a monthly photography forum at the York Art Association beginning on Jan. 8 from 7 to p.m.
YAA member Barry Tarr of Sea Change Photography will serve as moderator. The purpose of this new project is to provide an opportunity to exchange ideas on photography and the photographic process.
Members of the group will decide upon the agenda and topics to be discussed and are welcome to bring their personal portfolios for group critique.
Possible topics may include Digital Photography for Film Photographers, Adobe Lightroom and Other Tools, the Business of Photography, the Creative Process and Web Resources.
A small monthly fee of $3 will be asked to cover the costs of using the YAA facilities.
According to the York Art Association, the organization is very pleased to offer this forum for local photographers of various levels of expertise to come together and share the many facets of their craft.
