YORK HARBOR - Do you remember Lucia Hogan?
Friends and family will celebrate Lucia's 100th birthday with a special party at the Harbor Home on Dec. 30. Lucia will actually turn 100 years old on New Year's Day - Jan. 1, 2008.
Friends are invited to visit with her - and the approximately 20 members of her immediate family expected to be visiting from across the country - by dropping in for a piece of cake and a cup of coffee any time between 2 and 4 p.m. on Dec. 30.
Lucia Hogan is a longtime York resident and member of First Parish Church, and was also a dedicated York Hospital volunteer with her husband, Harry, prior to his death.
As her friend Fran Lalley put it, "She never has an unkind thing to say."
Friends of Lucia are welcome to stop by the Harbor Home and be a part of this memorable event.
